Terms & Conditions for Customers, Mechanics & Service Partners

Terms for customers, mechanics, technicians, workshops, service partners, bookings, pricing, refunds, warranties, and platform usage.

PREAMBLE

Welcome to Ride N Revive™ ("Ride N Revive", "RNR", "Company", "Platform", "We", "Our", or "Us").

Ride N Revive is a technology-enabled vehicle assistance, roadside support, repair, maintenance, spare parts, towing, battery replacement, and vehicle care platform connecting vehicle owners with verified mechanics, workshops, technicians, service partners, logistics providers, and roadside assistance professionals.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between:

Customers/Vehicle Owners
Mechanics, Technicians & Service Partners

By registering, booking, accepting assignments, accessing, or using any Ride N Revive service, all parties agree to comply with these Terms.

SECTION A – GENERAL TERMS

1. Platform Nature

Ride N Revive operates as a technology platform and service marketplace.

Ride N Revive may:

Directly provide services.
Assign services to independent mechanics.
Partner with workshops.
Engage logistics providers.
Utilize third-party towing operators.
Facilitate sale of spare parts and accessories.

Ride N Revive reserves the right to decide how a booking shall be fulfilled.

2. Service Coverage

Services may include:

Emergency Breakdown Assistance
Bike Repair
Car Repair
Battery Replacement
Puncture Repair
Jump Start Assistance
Fuel Assistance
Lockout Assistance
Towing Services
Vehicle Inspection
Vehicle Servicing
Vehicle Detailing
Spare Parts Delivery
Annual Maintenance Plans
Fleet Services
Corporate Vehicle Support

Service availability may vary based on city, weather, inventory, and technician availability.

3. Service Hours

Ride N Revive may operate:

24x7
Business Hours
Emergency Hours

Certain services may attract surge pricing during late-night, holiday, or emergency periods.

SECTION B – CUSTOMER TERMS

4. Customer Eligibility

Customers must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Possess lawful control of the vehicle.
Provide accurate vehicle details.
Provide correct service location.
Maintain lawful conduct during service.

Providing false information may result in service refusal.

5. Booking Process

Upon booking:

A unique Booking ID shall be generated.
Customer details shall be verified.
Service requests may be assigned automatically or manually.
Ride N Revive may contact customers for additional information.

Booking confirmation does not guarantee immediate dispatch.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Vehicle Access

Provide safe and unobstructed access to the vehicle.

Safety

Maintain a safe working environment for mechanics.

Accurate Information

Provide correct:

Vehicle make
Vehicle model
Registration number
Breakdown details
Service location

Verification Inspect completed work before approving closure.

7. Customer Conduct Policy

Customers shall not:

Abuse mechanics.
Use threatening language.
Demand unauthorized work.
Engage in fraudulent activities.
Misrepresent vehicle condition.
Refuse payment after service completion.

Ride N Revive may permanently block customers violating these rules.

8. Pricing Policy

Charges may include:

Visit Charges
Labour Charges
Spare Parts Charges
Diagnostic Charges
Emergency Charges
Towing Charges
Taxes

All charges shall be visible before final payment whenever possible.

9. Customer Cancellation Policy

Before Mechanic Assignment No cancellation charges.

After Mechanic Assignment A cancellation fee may apply.

After Mechanic Arrival Full visit charges may apply.

False Bookings Repeated false bookings may lead to permanent suspension.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued for:

Duplicate payments.
Service non-availability.
Billing errors.
Failed transactions.

Refunds shall not apply where: · Service has been completed. · Spare parts have been installed. · Customer changes mind after work completion. Refund approval remains solely at Ride N Revive's discretion.

SECTION C – MECHANIC & SERVICE PARTNER TERMS

11. Mechanic Eligibility

All mechanics and technicians must:

Be legally authorized to work.
Possess required technical skills.
Provide valid identification.
Submit banking details.
Submit required licenses where applicable.

Ride N Revive may conduct background verification.

12. Independent Contractor Relationship

Mechanics and service partners acknowledge that:

They are independent contractors.
They are not employees of Ride N Revive.
No employer-employee relationship exists.
No partnership or joint venture is created.

Mechanics are responsible for their own taxes and statutory obligations.

13. Job Acceptance Policy

Mechanics may:

Accept jobs.
Reject jobs.
Reschedule jobs with approval.

However excessive cancellation or rejection may affect account ranking and future job allocation.

14. Mechanic Responsibilities

Mechanics agree to:

Professional Conduct Maintain courteous behavior at all times.

Quality Work Perform repairs using accepted industry standards.

Genuine Recommendations Recommend only necessary repairs.

Transparency Explain repair requirements honestly.

Safety Follow all safety procedures.

Documentation Upload job completion evidence when requested.

15. Mechanic Code of Ethics

Mechanics shall not:

Overcharge customers.
Demand cash outside the platform.
Misrepresent repair requirements.
Install unauthorized parts.
Share customer information.
Solicit customers outside Ride N Revive.
Create fake service reports.

Violation may result in permanent termination.

16. Customer Poaching Restriction

Mechanics shall not:

Directly market personal services to Ride N Revive customers.
Divert bookings away from Ride N Revive.
Request future bookings outside the platform.

This restriction shall remain effective during active association and for 12 months thereafter.

17. Mechanic Earnings

Mechanics shall receive payment based on:

Completed jobs.
Approved invoices.
Commission structure.
Incentive programs.

Ride N Revive reserves the right to revise commission structures with notice.

18. Mechanic Penalties

Penalties may be imposed for:

Fraudulent repairs.
Fake job completion.
Customer misconduct complaints.
Excessive cancellations.
Delayed arrivals.
Non-compliance with platform policies.

19. Tools & Equipment

Mechanics shall maintain:

Required tools.
Safety equipment.
Functional mobile device.
Internet connectivity.

Ride N Revive shall not be responsible for personal equipment loss or damage.

SECTION D – SPARE PARTS POLICY

20. Parts & Accessories

Ride N Revive may provide:

Genuine OEM Parts
Aftermarket Parts
Equivalent Quality Parts
Consumables

Availability depends upon inventory and location. Product warranties remain subject to manufacturer policies.

SECTION E – LIABILITY & WARRANTIES

21. Service Warranty

Where offered, warranty shall apply only to:

Specific repairs.
Specific spare parts.
Defined warranty periods.

Warranty becomes void if: · Third-party modifications occur. · Vehicle misuse occurs. · Unauthorized repairs are performed.

22. Limitation of Liability

Ride N Revive shall not be liable for:

Vehicle depreciation.
Loss of income.
Business interruption.
Missed appointments.
Indirect damages.
Consequential damages.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the service booking.

23. Emergency Assistance Disclaimer

Roadside assistance is provided on a best-effort basis.

Ride N Revive does not guarantee:

Immediate repair.
Vehicle restart.
Spare part availability.
Exact arrival times.

SECTION F – DATA, PRIVACY & PLATFORM RIGHTS

24. Data Protection

Ride N Revive may collect:

Name
Phone Number
Email
Vehicle Information
Service History
Location Data

Information shall be processed according to the Ride N Revive Privacy Policy.

25. Intellectual Property

The following remain exclusive property of Ride N Revive:

Logos
Brand Assets
Trademarks
Website Design
Mobile Applications
Software
Databases

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

26. Reviews & Ratings

Customers and mechanics may review each other.

Ride N Revive reserves the right to:

Remove misleading reviews.
Investigate disputes.
Suspend accounts involved in manipulation.

SECTION G – TERMINATION

27. Account Suspension

Ride N Revive may suspend or terminate any account for:

Fraud
Misconduct
Abuse
Payment default
False claims
Policy violations

Termination may occur without prior notice in severe cases.

SECTION H – LEGAL PROVISIONS

28. Force Majeure

Ride N Revive shall not be liable for delays caused by:

Floods
Earthquakes
Riots
War
Government actions
Pandemics
Internet failures
Power outages

29. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall first be attempted through mediation and mutual settlement.

If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.

30. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India.

31. Ride N Revive Platform Protection Clause

No customer, mechanic, workshop, service partner, employee, contractor, or third party shall copy, imitate, misuse, reverse-engineer, reproduce, replicate, or commercially exploit the Ride N Revive business model, branding, technology, operational systems, customer database, pricing structure, marketing materials, training materials, or proprietary processes without prior written authorization from Ride N Revive.

Any violation may result in civil and criminal proceedings under applicable Indian laws.

Final Acknowledgement

By creating an account, accepting a service request, booking a service, acting as a mechanic, workshop partner, fleet partner, or customer on Ride N Revive, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

SECTION C – MECHANIC & SERVICE PARTNER TERMS

11. Mechanic Eligibility

All mechanics and technicians must:
